Just like any vehicle, trailers require regular maintenance. We recommend servicing your trailer at least once a year. During scheduled maintenance, the coupling device and electrical systems are inspected. Regular maintenance is especially important for braked trailers to ensure the braking system operates correctly and safely.

In our workshop, we are able to carry out more complex repair work, including welding and replacement of larger components when necessary.

When booking, kindly provide:

We provide preliminary cost estimates based on the current spare parts pricing structure. If third-party services are required, final costs will be confirmed prior to completion.

Warranty & Right to Submit a Claim

All TIKI trailers are covered by a statutory two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, in accordance with European Union consumer protection directives.

National consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. For country-specific information in Latvia, please contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).

Procedure in Case of a Defect

If a defect is discovered, the trailer must be taken out of service immediately to prevent further damage or safety risks.

To initiate a warranty claim, please submit:

• A detailed written description of the defect

• Clear photographic evidence

• Proof of purchase documentation

All claims must be submitted without undue delay after the defect is detected.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Failure to follow the official user manual

• Improper, negligent, or careless operation

• Violation of road traffic regulations

• Unauthorized modifications or structural alterations

• Normal wear and tear

• Exposure to corrosive environments

• Mechanical damage caused during operation

Important Notice

Warranty claims are processed in cooperation with the official representative of the trailer manufacturer.

Any repair costs incurred independently, without prior written approval, will not be reimbursed by the manufacturer.
